Job Description
Position Summary
Join a fast-growing company in Orange County as an electrical/radio product technical support specialist.
Currently our company is seeking an outstanding individual that can provide technical assistance and support to our customers.
You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to DC power systems, electrical connectors, wire gauges, basic circuit design, meters, battery chargers, inverters, and circuit protection.
Additionally, you will support our customers with operating and program analog and digital DMR two-way radios using computer software.
This position will require a self-starter and technical writer as well as an organized individual that can follow up with multiple tickets concurrently.
This is a Monday - Friday position (no weekends) and is located at our facility in Yorba Linda, CA. This is not a remote position.
