In this pivotal role, you'll be at the heart of our data-driven manufacturing environment, ensuring the on-time delivery of different products, optimizing our production schedules, ensuring efficient resource allocation, and contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Scheduling: As a Manufacturing Scheduler, you'll plan work completions at multiple levels. Your strategic scheduling will play a crucial role in our continued success.
• Proficient Use of ERP System: You are expected to utilize our ERP system expertly for various tasks. The Scheduler must be able to challenge our current processes and be willing to learn the ERP system's capabilities. 
• ERP System Expertise with Data Analysis: You must integrate data analysis skills to oversee job orders, monitor job completions, manage workloads, and handle purchasing tasks. Your ability to analyze and interpret data within the ERP system will drive informed decision-making and process improvements.
• Collaborative Data Utilization: Collaborating with the purchasing team and the VP and Manager of Operations, you will leverage data to streamline our manufacturing processes. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that data-driven insights contribute to effective teamwork and operational excellence.
• Team Collaboration: Your role involves active collaboration with the purchasing team and the VP and Manager of operations, ensuring seamless operation of our manufacturing processes.

Requirements

•  Business Administration Degree or related field
• Two to four years of experience in ERP, MRP, Forecasting, and Scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment. If you have purchasing experience, that's a definite plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)  
• Experience with reports related to the field
•  Budgeting 
• Strong collaborator who embraces differing perspectives and experiences to make better decisions.
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and professional development. Candidates with a track record of enhancing their skills and applying innovative approaches to their work will be highly considered for the role.

Physical demands while performing the job:

• Sitting, standing, walking,      pushing, pulling, kneeling, or bending to the floor; reaching with hands and arms; and talking and/or hearing instructions.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.

Working environment of the job:

• Low noise levels in office environment.
• High noise levels while working near operating machines.
• Physical hazards while working near moving equipment and mechanical parts.
