We are seeking a Metal Shop Lead that will play a pivotal role in driving our metal shop to new heights of efficiency, quality, and innovation. We are looking for a leadership experienced individual who specializes in delivering precision-crafted metal components. Our team operates on a Monday–Friday, 7am – 3:30pm schedule.
Position Summary
You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all aspects of the metal shop, ensuring high-quality output, adherence to safety standards, and efficient workflow.
