We are currently searching for a Dental Payment Poster to work in our Reading, PA headquarters (this is NOT a work from home position). Successful candidates will have excellent customer service and must be outcome-oriented. The ability to work in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential. You will be fully engaged and busy from the first day and we guarantee there will never be a dull moment.
In this position you will be responsible for entering payments and adjustments into our clients practice management software each day, ensuring 100% accuracy. We use a HIPAA compliant encrypted remote access software to log in to a workstation at each clients' office enabling us to enter this information directly into their system to ensure that their info is up to date and current and always 100% correct. The ideal candidate will possess attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, a strong work ethic and desire to succeed.

Dental Front Desk experience is required as is a working knowledge of dental EOBs, insurance plans, and ledger adjustments. Computer literacy, a good work ethic and attention to detail ARE REQUIRED. The ideal candidate will be experienced in a variety of practice management software like Dentrix, Open Dental and Eaglesoft, possess a good work ethic, experience with MS Office, and be very customer service oriented. We offer a Capital Blue Cross PPO Health Insurance Plan with employer contribution, Paid Dental and Vision Plans, 6 paid holidays and up to two weeks of PTO after 1 year of employment. PTO can be used after your first 90 days of employment.
Salary range is $15-$18 per hour depending on experience.
This position will work 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.
