Following successful completion of appropriate training and receipt of MA-R license, this position also performs back office activities within the MA-R scope. Tasks will also include greeting and registering patients and assisting the provider with medical procedures as appropriate to scope. Additionally, the incumbent will provide on-site support and quality oversight of imaging activities by MA-C colleagues who have successfully completed the x-ray training program.Work situations are a variety of functions within a clinic setting requiring knowledge and integration of available standards, resources, and data; discretion; good judgment; diplomacy; decision making; and a customer service attitude. Clinic environment includes walk-in and appointment based care, typically in a 12-hr shift environment with a wide variety in patient flow volumes throughout the shift.
