Radiologic Technologist performs radiological imaging examinations of patients using both stationary and mobile radiographic equipment. Positions patient as needed to obtain optimal images and prevent patient from being exposed to unnecessary radiation. Being a Radiologic Technologist develops exposed X-ray film, ensures proper film identification on all images, and creates x-ray CD copies. Files films, maintains medical records, and performs other related administrative duties. Additionally, Radiologic Technologist typically requires an associate degree in a related area. Requires American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification. Typically reports to a chief technologist or manager. The Radiologic Technologist works under moderate supervision.     We’re looking for a full-time Radiologic Technologist to perform X-Ray exams at a primary care practice located in Downey, CA. You will be joining a well-established, forward-thinking practice that is expanding its diagnostic service offerings to include X-Rays. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, flexible, and an excellent communicator.

    Position Details:

    • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm EST
    • No night or weekend coverage and no call requirements!

    As a Radiologic Technologist, you will:

    • Perform digital x-ray studies independently
    • Perform all required QC testing and data entry
    • Assist patients from check-in through exam completion and provide patients with white glove, compassionate service

    • Currently hold an ARRT certification in radiography and a California X-Ray license
    • Have 1 or more years of experience with digital x-ray
    • You are able to lift or move 50 pounds unassisted
    • Have been fully vaccinated or are willing to receive a COVID-19 vaccination
