Radiologic Technologist performs radiological imaging examinations of patients using both stationary and mobile radiographic equipment. Positions patient as needed to obtain optimal images and prevent patient from being exposed to unnecessary radiation. Being a Radiologic Technologist develops exposed X-ray film, ensures proper film identification on all images, and creates x-ray CD copies. Files films, maintains medical records, and performs other related administrative duties. Additionally, Radiologic Technologist typically requires an associate degree in a related area. Requires American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification. Typically reports to a chief technologist or manager. The Radiologic Technologist works under moderate supervision. Requirements:We're looking for experienced and professional radiology technologist candidates who are able to independently perform all outpatient radiologicexams and procedures with high quality results. Applicants must have ARRT(R) certification, CA State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology (CRT), Certification in Fluoroscopy, BLS certification issued by AHA, and great communication skills! Recent X-Ray work experience (post externship) is preferred!
Pay Range: $25.00 / hour - $35.00 /hour
The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty, location and training. This pay scale is not a guarantee of a particular wage.
