Radiology Director jobs in Clearwater, FL

We are searching for a Director of Radiology to add to our growing team!

*Our office is located in Spring Hill, Florida, where this position will report to daily. Any interested candidates must be able to relocate to the area, before or at hire.*

This opportunity is for a new imaging center with a 6 month lead time as of 03/2024.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead & Manage radiology department including staff scheduling and supervision
• Develop & Implement policies and procedures to ensure high quality imaging services
• Oversee maintenance of radiology equipment ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate image studies
• Stay informed on best practices to drive continuous improvement

A qualified candidate will meet the following criteria:

• Level 2 Background Screening Clearance
• 5 years of verifiable Radiology experience
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer service-oriented approach
• Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative to address them
• Flexibility and ability to embrace change and seek feedback with a growth mindset
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
