Radiology Director jobs in Huntington Beach, CA

Peregrine Team is hiring for a Radiology Tech in Newport Beach, CA. This position is a full-time, contract to hire role with full benefits and competitive pay.  

$47 - $52/hour

Job Duties: 

• Under the direction of the technical supervisor and medical director, the radiologic technologist I demonstrates proficiency in all skills required to competently perform all level I general diagnostic radiologic procedures.
• They accurately identify patient information and takes all required measures to provide care specific to the age of the patient.  
• They educate the patient/family about the examination and report all changes in patient’s status, including initiating emergency response if required.  
• The technologist accurately documents all patient information in the appropriate hospital systems.  
• In HOI, the Radiology Technologist will work solely in the operating room. 
• The tech will also run the Hana table.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: 

• Experience with routine radiography of spine, extremities, abdomen, chest, thorax, shoulder girdle, pelvic structures, minor injection procedures.
• Must be proficient in the use of all equipment and hospital information system (Affinity), the radiology information system (SMS), and the multileader. 
• Graduate of an ARRT approved Radiologic Technology program - Required
• CA CRT License - Required
• Fluoro Permit - Required
• Current BLS Certification - Required
• Current ARRT Certification - Required
• Shift: 8 hours- 1x8
