Required to complete specific trade school courses and possess necessary certifications. Being a Railroad Conductors and Yardmasters is familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Works under general supervision. Responsibilities
Railroad Laborer / Hostler Driver
- Driving / Operating a Hostler vehicle within the railyard to unload and transport intermodal containers off the track.
- Moving intermodal containers from the railcars to trailers via Top Loaders, Side Loaders, Cranes, etc.
- Climbing up & down rail car ladders to lock & unlock intermodal containers
- Comply with all safety, attendance, operations & training guidelines.

Qualifications
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
- Physically & mentally able to climb railcars, 20 feet
- Open availability required (All shifts, Weekends & Holidays)
- Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
