Being a Railroad Conductors and Yardmasters is familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Works under general supervision.     • Sprays complete weed, grass and brush killer to various railroads
    • Performs daily routing and scheduling
    • Performs daily tank mixing
    • Conducts truck inspections (responsible for truck / spray system maintenance and repairs)
    • Calibrates all spray equipment 
    • Performs daily / weekly record keeping
    • Oversees all jobs / contracts sent to work on
    • Ensures all work is conducted in compliance with strict safety guidelines
    • Drives company vehicles
    • Performs other duties as assigned

    Service

    • Handles all contact with customers
    • Handles customer / public complaints
    • Reports any potential liability immediately

    Technical

    • Possess a full understanding of weed, grass, and brush types
    • Possess a complete understanding of herbicides used, what they control, and all safety requirements
    • Possess a full understanding of application methods and equipment
    • Possess a full understanding of calibration and spray patterns
