Being a Railroad Conductors and Yardmasters is familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Works under general supervision. Rail Terminal Services is hiring immediately for this Railroad Non-CDL Driver position at the BNSF Spokane, WA Rail Terminal in a recession-proof industry! No experience is required and we offer on-the-job training where we'll teach you everything you need to know in order to be successful on the job. The job is a combination of a Hostler Driver and Ground Person as they are 1 and the same job.APPLICANTS MUST currently live within a 45-minute commute of Spokane, WA. OUT OF AREA candidates and/or those requiring relocation will NOT be considered.

WE'RE HIRING FOR ALL SHIFTS
You'll have the potential to make $35,000-$45,000 in hourly wages with overtime included in your 1st year!
Starting Rate: $17.00 /hr

Qualifications: (NO RAILROAD EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)- Be at least 18yrs old & have a valid Driver's License (No CDL is required).
- Pass a 7-year background check. (Felonies in the last 7 yrs, jail time, parole, or probation in the last 5 yrs or pending charges could disqualify applicants)
- Pass a drug test & a Physical Capabilities Test. Job includes running heavy equipment and drugs including Cannabis are strictly prohibited
- (No GED or diploma required)
- Strong communication skills required
