Pacific Rail Services is looking for Driver Laborer to join our team in a recession-proof industry at the West Springfield, MA Railyard! Come join our team working on an Essential Job! We'll teach you everything you need to know in order to be successful on the job. This is a Full-Time permanent Position.

Shift Start Time:- 4 am or 2 pm start time (10 to 12hr days) & 6 days a week schedule is possible.
Starting Rate:- $18 to start, yearly raises, overtime after 40 hours.
- $19 after you are trained and in your own equipment and can function without assistance. (typically after 2-3 months)
- $50,000-$65,000 in your first year with overtime factored in.
Benefits: (Medical benefits start after 60 days and the first of the month after that. Other benefits start after your 90-day probationary period).- Affordable Healthcare, Free Dental, and cheap Vision Benefits.

Applicants for the Driver Laborer position must meet the general requirements for employment with the company, according to the Company hiring process which includes:- Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid Driver's License.
- Must be able to pass a 7-year background check, a drug test, and a Physical Capabilities Test.
