Primary Responsibilities:- Drive company vehicles in a safe manner.
- Spotting and parking of Intermodal freight trailers.
- Locking and unlocking of Intermodal freight trains.
- Be safety-minded and follow the rules and regulations.
Compensation:- Starting rate is $20.06.
- After 30 days you go to $21.24.
- After 6 months you go to top pay of $23.60.
- There is also 401 K of $ 3.00 an hour up to 40 hours a week.
Shifts:- 8 am shift (Most Likely).
- 5 days a week.
- 8-10 hours daily but could be up to 12 hours daily.

(Medical Starts after 60 days and the first of the month after that. Other benefits start after your 90-day probationary period)- Make $45,000 - $60,000 in your 1st year.

Applicants for the Jockey Driver/Groundperson position must meet the general requirements for employment with the company, according to the Company hiring process which includes:- A valid Driver's License.
- Must be able to pass a 7-year background check. Any felonies in the last 7 years or jail time in the last 5 years will disqualify applicants.
- Must be able to pass a drug test.
- Must be able to pass an IPCS Physical Capabilities Test.
- No GED or diploma is required.
