Position: Ranch Office Manager

Nestled in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, our family-owned ranch is located 15 miles southwest of Castle Rock, Colorado.

Position Overview

Our Ranch is seeking an experienced office manager to assist with accounting and to oversee general office operations. The office serves as headquarters for the ranch’s diverse operations. The office manager will be responsible for maintaining and organizing the office headquarters, supporting business administration and data management, and coordinating with different team members. The office manager should have a strong team mindset and a clear sense of organization, the ability to create a paperless filing system and attention to detail.

Primary Duties

• Supports and review all entity allocation and organizes all the receiving and distribution of invoices.
• Manages and oversees all office operations and procedures.
• General clerical duties: maintaining administrative records and document management by scanning, emailing, and uploading to online file storage.
• Responsible for purchasing and management of office/ranch equipment and related supplies, inventory and special projects.
• Oversight of ranch office assets and inventory: maintaining up-to-date detailed records of all office equipment, hardware, software, etc.
• Supports management team in the general management data organization, reporting and tracking tools, etc.
• Manages Owners Calendars and prepare meeting notes as needed.
• Serves as an employee resource and advocate: including but not limited to answering employee questions and requests, supporting management in company policy enforcement, and ability to keep sensitive information confidential.

Candidate Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and QuickBooks
• Database creation and management skills
• Phone communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
• Strong organizational skills
• Research skills for ranch projects using phone and internet

Compensation

Salary is commensurate with skills and experience.
