Ranch Manager manages the overall daily operations of a farm/ranch. Provides supervision and direction to staff. Being a Ranch Manager is responsible for purchasing tools, equipment and materials. May require a bachelor's degree or its equivalent with at least 5 years of related experience. Additionally, Ranch Manager relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but not limited to.
· Create, organize, and implement membership activities and events
· Develop opportunities for tennis and fitness programs within the membership
· Increase revenue stream: new memberships (dues), retail, events, lessons, etc.
· Build and increase memberships through recruitment, incentive, and advertising/media
· campaigns
· Assist with purchasing and displaying merchandise to be sold at the Clubhouse and Front Desk.
· Assist with purchasing necessary tennis and/or fitness equipment
· Maintain safe and clean tennis and fitness equipment and facility, alert Maintenance of any
· necessary repairs
· Adhere to established Tennis and Fitness policies and procedures
· Maintain effective channels of communications with co-worders, members and guests.
· Assist with court maintenance and any necessary housekeeping of the Clubhouse
· Require members and guests to use equipment and materials in a safe and acceptable manner, to follow safety procedures, and to observe rules of safety in all on-the-job activities.
