    We have an immediate opening for a Full Time Assistant Community Manager Position at Willina Ranch Apartments in Bothell, WA. We are looking for a remarkable person who will be responsible for assisting the Community Manager in all day-to-day operations, and has a can-do attitude, and works well in a team setting.     We offer:


    • $24 - $27 per hour DOE
    • Full time employees earn 152 Hours or 19 days of PTO per year with the ability to carry over up to 80 hours a year. Increased PTO after 6 and 9 consecutive years with Allied Residential.

    Requirements:


    • Experienced in Low Income Housing Tax Credit
    • Have knowledge and understanding of Tax Credit paperwork.
    • The right candidate will perform leasing, marketing, customer service and administrative duties.
    • Knowledge of Yardi software preferred.
    • Proficiency with general office software, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
    • Good customer service and communication skills.
    • Have a positive attitude and willingness to participate in a team environment
    • Consistent work history and verifiable references,
    • Ability to pass drug/background and reference check
    • A valid driver's license


    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:


    • Conduct all business in accordance with Allied Residential policies and procedures; Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act and all other Federal and State laws
    • Exceptional Customer Service skills including professional, prompt, and courteous interactions with residents, co-workers, and vendors; Handle resident, vendor and prospective resident walk-ins
    • Provide residents and vendors with assistance in all aspects of scheduling building maintenance, communicating building procedures and providing general building information
    • Process correspondence for residents, contractors and other third parties for property management staff
    • Support overall office operational needs by answering phones, filing, ordering supplies…etc.
    • Conduct lease renewals; ensure lease files are complete and filed properly
    • Perform rent collection, delinquency, and move-out statements
    • Maintained highly organized filing system for leases, residents, insurance certificates, vendors, building contracts, and purchase orders
    • Represent the company in a professional manner at all the times
    • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required
