Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the smooth operation of our kitchen.

Duties:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using manual or automated cleaning methods
- Sort, stack, and store clean dishes in appropriate areas
- Assist with food preparation and plating when needed
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, including countertops, sinks, and floors
- Empty trash bins regularly and dispose of waste properly
- Follow proper sanitation procedures to prevent cross-contamination
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a food service or hospitality setting preferred
- Knowledge of proper food handling techniques is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
