```Job Summary```
We are looking for line cooks to join our team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items according to recipes and quality standards. Your culinary expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the overall dining experience for our guests. Pay is based on experience. If you have no experience in the kitchen, but a can do attitude and great references, we encourage you to apply!

```Duties```
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices
- Cook food items according to recipes, ensuring proper portion sizes and presentation
- Monitor food cooking temperatures and adjust as needed to ensure food safety
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, following sanitation guidelines
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines in the kitchen

```Experience```
- Previous experience as a Line Cook in a catering or restaurant setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
- Familiarity with working in a dietary department or food service environment is a plus
- Ability to handle and use knives and other kitchen tools safely
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of food industry regulations and best practices
