We are seeking a skilled and experienced part-time, potentially full-time, Manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring excellent customer service, managing a team of employees, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests. Duties:
- Manage and supervise a team of employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure that all staff members adhere to company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels, and sales reports
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies for business growth
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to provide updates, address concerns, and foster teamwork
Skills:
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team - Previous experience in a bar/restaurant supervisory role
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and staff members
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems for order processing and cash handling
- Some knowledge of beverage preparation and mixing techniques helpful but not required
- Experience in shift management to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Ability to supervise and delegate tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks - Knowledge of local alcohol laws and regulations -Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays -Must be at least 21 years old
