Rate Analyst monitors, reviews, and evaluates service rates and charges for various public utilities. Calculates cost-of-service and performs related rate analysis. Being a Rate Analyst ensures filings comply with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission requirements. Typically requires a bachelor's degree of business administration or related field. Additionally, Rate Analyst typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Rate Analyst gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Schedule: 45-50 hours a week. with occasional OT when needed
Pay Rate: DOE

Duration: The project will be completed during the 2025 TA. This is for a Crude Expansion Project They also have an FCC replacement in 2026
Description:
The Cost Analyst is responsible for the development and maintenance of the turnaround budgets, forecasts, trending/change, progress measuring, change control, reports, invoice support and review and analysis as well as providing support and assistance to the client team to maximize cost reporting and efficiency for multiple projects.
Experience: SAP; P6 experience is a plus
