Rate Analyst monitors, reviews, and evaluates service rates and charges for various public utilities. Calculates cost-of-service and performs related rate analysis. Being a Rate Analyst ensures filings comply with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission requirements. Typically requires a bachelor's degree of business administration or related field. Additionally, Rate Analyst typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Rate Analyst gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Starting Rate: $9.00 an hour tips when dealing. $17.93 an hour
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Ensures efficient and effective operation of all casino table games, reporting daily to the Table Games Pit Supervisor.
2. Open and close tables, perform fills and credits on tables.
3. Strive to ensure quality guest services.
4. Report daily to Table Games Manager.
5. Ensure that tables have enough staff to function adequately, report absences and tardies of any dealers or cashiers, call in replacement personnel if necessary.
6. Make sure table rotations are utilized in the best interests of the dealers and the card room.
7. Must be able to cover a section during completion of paperwork.
8. Inform dealers of all new procedures and policies, monitor table utilization, and adhere to casino policies and minimum internal control standards (MICS).
9. Must be able to monitor all dealers to ensure that all policies and procedures are being performed correctly, be able to demonstrate correct method if necessary.
10. Track and rate Poker Players
11. Must e able to deal all poker games.

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Supervisory experience and dealer and table games experience.
LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS: Obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to maneuver in all areas of casino, visual acuity to observe and react to handle customer questions and complaints.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: We maintain an alcohol/drug-free workplace. Work in casino operations containing second hand smoke, high noise level and bright lights. Must be able and willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
