PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
Assist in analyzing post-conversion data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in the customer journey.
Support the design and implementation of A/B tests and experiments to optimize post-conversion activities.
Support the sales and onboarding teams in optimizing post-conversion activities and processes.
Gather and analyze customer feedback post-conversion to understand pain points, preferences, and areas for improvement.
Assist in analyzing test results and providing recommendations for iterative improvements.
Assist in translating customer insights into actionable recommendations for optimizing post-conversion processes.
Assist in implementing strategies to improve the post-conversion experience for customers, including onboarding and activation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including but not limited to sales, member success, marketing, and product development to align optimization efforts with business goals.
Participate in meetings and discussions to contribute insights and ideas for enhancing post-conversion experiences.
Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
