The Residential Coordinator shall carry out duties as specified by his/her job description to include assessment of client care plans and client needs, training, and overall supervision of staff in his/her programs.

Core Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing effective management and leadership that supports the mission, philosophy, goals, objectives and standards of Spectrum for Living.
• Provide on-going assessment, critical analysis and actions as may be required to ensure clients' personal care, health, safety, and well-being are met.
• Coordination of residents' social and recreational opportunities.
• Ensure the implementation and documentation of Individual Service Plans.

Requirements

• Valid non-probationationary NJ or NY driver's license
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• 5 years working with DDD population is preferred
• 2 years of supervisory experience is required
