    Job Summary:

    The Private Client Market Executive will be responsible for evaluating and rating high net worth personal insurance risks. Expertise in underwriting, rating methodologies, and corner marketing will play a crucial role in promoting our insurance solutions and growing our high-net-worth client base. The dynamic, knowledgeable, motivated and experienced professional in this role is not client facing.

     

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    1. Risk Evaluation and Rating:

       - Assess and evaluate insurance risks associated with high-net-worth individuals, their properties, luxury assets, valuable collections, and other possessions.

       - Utilize your expertise in underwriting to determine appropriate coverage levels and premiums based on risk assessments.

       - Apply rating methodologies and guidelines to ensure accurate pricing of policies for high-net-worth clients.

       - Collaborate with carrier underwriting teams to analyze risk data and provide insights for improving risk selection and pricing strategies.

     

    2.  Relationship Management:

       - Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, wholesalers, and other key stakeholders in the insurance industry catering to high-net-worth individuals.

       - Collaborate with internal teams, such as underwriting, claims, and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and exceptional service delivery to clients.

       - Provide guidance and support to producers in understanding and effectively marketing high net worth insurance products.

       - Attend client meetings, conferences, and industry events related to High-Net-Worth carriers and education.

     

    3. Product Development and Enhancement:

       - Monitor market trends and evolving needs of high-net-worth clients to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new offerings.

       - Aid in the design of innovative insurance solutions that address the specific requirements of affluent individuals.

       - Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark our products and identify areas for differentiation and improvement.

       - Act as a subject matter expert in high-net-worth personal insurance, providing insights and recommendations to enhance our product portfolio.

     

    4. Performance Analysis and Reporting:

       - Track and analyze marketing campaigns and initiatives to measure their effectiveness and ROI.

       - Generate reports and present key findings to management, highlighting performance metrics, market trends, and opportunities for improvement.

       - Use data analytics to extract insights from customer data and drive data-driven marketing strategies.

     

    5. Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    - Proven experience in underwriting, rating, and marketing within the personal insurance industry, with a focus on high-net-worth clients.

    - Deep understanding of underwriting principles, rating methodologies, and risk evaluation techniques for high-net-worth personal insurance.

    - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with carriers.

    - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

    - Proficiency in insurance industry software and tools. (Preferably the Applied Systems Software Family. (Epic))

    -Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

    - Professional designations such CPRM, CPRIA, CIC, or CPCU are a plus.

    - College degree in a related field, such as finance, insurance, or risk management a plus.

     

    Physical Requirements:

    • Prolonged periods working on a computer.
    • Must be able to attend meetings, conferences, and events as assigned.
