    Responsibilities:

    • Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
    • Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently
    • Schedule patient appointments and maintain accurate medical records
    • Handle phone calls, inquiries, and requests promptly and courteously
    • Assist with insurance verification and billing tasks
    • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
    • Perform general administrative duties to support the office operations

    Requirements:

    • Computer skills : Microsoft Office , Email & Faxes, Scanners
    • Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist, Medical Assistant, or in a similar role
    • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
    • Proficiency in using medical office software systems such as ModMed, eClinicalWorks, etc.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare setting
    • Certification or diploma in Medical Assisting is a plus
    • Must wear medical scrubs at all times in office.
