Location : Waterloo, IA, 50704

Duration : 1 Years Contract with high Possibility of extension

Note : It’s a contingent position and not fulltime.

Job Shift : 1st shift position, 7 am to 3 : 30 pm with very little overtime.

Job Description :

Communications Specialist

Your Responsibilities :

Work to ensure employees are aware of, understand, and know how they can impact the goals for their Business Unit. Provide communication support to departments, employee directed group, and managers to assist in identifying communication needs and messaging.

Your Job Duties :

• Deliver communications and graphic elements to internal and external partners that align with organization's goals
• Plan, edit, and manage communications and activities for Waterloo Operations
• Assist in identifying communication needs and messages
• Assist in executing communication activities for Waterloo Operations (creation of materials for events, photography, video, etc.)
• Serve as liaison with suppliers
• Other duties as assigned

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High working knowledge of Adobe Suite software
• Familiarity with design concepts and principles
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational skills
