Do you want to learn how to flip houses? Do you want to learn how to fix anything? Do you want to learn how to take an uninhabitable home and turn it into a nice place to live?
We are looking for someone who wants to learn how to take homes and apartments and make them nice again. This is perfect for someone who wants to learn how to flip homes or someone who wants to build a real estate rental portfolio. We've done both.
This is a Hands On Position! We need you on the jobsite. This is not an office position. We need someone with experience with some of these skills:
Painting, dywall, plumbing, lawn care/snow removal, door installation, HVAC, flooring, light electrical, cleaning, roofing, etc...
Let me us know what you've got and what you need to learn. We are not looking for an expert. We are looking for a learner. We are looking for someone who cares about building their own abilities.
Hours usuallly start around 7:30AM and you can be done by 1:00 P.M. You may stay later if you desire. Hours can be flexible as well.
This is a 1099 Position. Taxes will not be deducted from your pay. You will be paid weekly. You will be paid like you are a business owner.
You will be paid hourly. Bonuses are paid when a flipped home sells for a good profit. Bonuses typically add $2.00 an hour to your base pay.
Note: All positions at our company are paid positions. We do not offer unpaid internships.
