Real Estate Agents Close 1-2 deals per month
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current real estate trends and property values
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire real estate transaction process
- Organize and attend property viewings and open houses
- Prepare and present offers to clients and negotiate contracts on their behalf
Requirements:
-Must have Texas real estate license, or be in Real Estate school.
- Must have excellent communication and sales skills
- Knowledge of the local real estate market is preferred
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously
- Fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus
- Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations
- Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable
