The bookkeeper will be assigned commercial real estate properties with responsibilities to include managing all financial transactions, cash management, reconciling bank statements, recording journal entries, month-end close, and monthly financial statement reporting. The ideal candidate needs to have a strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, be proficient with computers and MS Excel, and needs to be accurate, efficient, and organized.
