We have an opening for a part time office position, 5 days a week Monday through Friday, 4 hours a day from 9am to 1pm or 1pm to 5pm. The job is "in-person" at our Grayslake office, not a work from a home position. We’re hiring a motivated real estate administrative assistant to join our growing team. Responsibilities include administrative duties such as keeping track of all transaction documents in the client database for our real estate agents, monitoring and notifying clients of important deadlines, complying with legal procedures, and planning appointments and final walkthroughs.
