Dynamic law firm in Downtown Kernersville is seeking a Real Estate Team Member. Our perfect match for this role is skilled in multi-taking, triaging tasks, and has excellent written and oral communication skills.

Our firm’s practice areas include residential real estate, commercial real estate, business law, and estate planning – with a strong emphasis in residential real estate. Our team of staff work very closely and are well known for our pleasant and collegial work environment. Our newest team member will be welcomed warmly and receive plenty of training to perform their job to the best of their ability.

After the initial probationary period, Team Members receive a competitive salary package including paid time off, holiday pay, and simple IRA with employer match. Initial salary will be commensurate with experience. This is a flexible schedule position for the right candidate, full time or part time to be negotiated. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm. Only candidates that complete the Indeed phone screening will be considered for this position.

How this Member Contributes to our Team:

• Opens new Orders and serves as communicator with stakeholders
• Coordinates our firm’s communications with sellers and listing agents including, telephone, email and in-person communication
• Owns the ‘ordering’ process by collecting mortgage payoff and homeowner’s association dues relevant to preparing the settlement statement
• Prepares seller documents for attorney review (deed, lien waiver, tax reporting forms, etc.)
• Conducts seller document signings within our office

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
