COMPENSATION
Generally, full-time real estate agents at JAQ Real Estate Group make $60,000 - $100,000 in their first 1-2 years. Experienced real estate agents can make $150,000 - $400,000 .

We will show you how this is possible.

$75,000 - $300,000

• Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
• Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
• Follow-up with leads to increase sales
• Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
• Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood

• Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure development for our business
• Provide excellent customer service to generate repeat clients and referrals

• A successful and proven sales history is preferred
• Great communication and social skills
• Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
• Top-notch time management skills and highly organized

• Must have a Real Estate License
• Optimistic, hardworking, detail-oriented, and comfortable with technology
