Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day operations of our property, ensuring a positive experience for our residents and maintaining the property's overall performance.

Duties:

- Assist in managing all aspects of the properties
- Assist in negotiating and executing contracts with vendors
- Handle resident inquiries and concerns with excellent customer service
- Manage property maintenance requests and coordinate repairs
- Support the Property Manager in administrative tasks

Experience:

The successful candidate should possess the following skills:

- Experience in file management and record-keeping
- Ability to negotiate contracts effectively
- Strong conflict management skills
- Administrative proficiency with attention to detail
- Knowledge of property maintenance practices is preferred

- Must be dependable

- Excellent customer service skills

- Must have a good driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
