- Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial properties
- Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly
- Install, repair, and maintain various systems and equipment, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances
- Troubleshoot problems and perform necessary repairs using hand tools and power tools
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

- Proven experience as a Maintenance Person or similar role
- Strong knowledge of various trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
