Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Provide guidance and support throughout the entire real estate transaction process
- Conduct market research and analysis to determine property values and competitive prices
- Create and maintain property listings on various platforms
- Coordinate property showings and open houses
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients
- Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and changes in regulations
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as lenders, appraisers, and inspectors
Requirements:
- Valid real estate license in the state of New Jersey and/or Pennsylvania
- Proven experience in property management, sales, or a related field
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of fair housing regulations and real estate law
- Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients
- Proficient in using real estate administrative software and tools
