Real Estate Clerk, Sr. jobs in Springfield, MO

Our top real estate agency is currently looking for our next great creative Photographer/Videographer! The ideal candidate will work independently photographing and videoing the homes of our seller clients and doing some portrait photography of our team and events.

This position is compensated per shoot. There may be 1-4 shoots per day. Generally, the photographer will be on location between 1 and 3 hours. Flexible schedules are necessary and daytime shoots are typical. Some twilight hours, Saturday and Sunday shoots may be necessary but are not the norm.

$30,000 - $50,000 yearly

• Provide assistance in website and social media marketing to ensure properties and agency are presented in a professional and enticing manner
• Photograph and/or video properties for online and print marketing purposes so buyers show interest quickly
• Take quality video of all properties to post on social media and websites
• Offer advice and assist real estate agents in the staging of a property to ensure best visual results
• Plan for multiple shoots per day/week and be available in order to serve our clients

• Excellent computer skills including working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop
• Outgoing personality who likes working with people and can adapt and implement last minute creative suggestions and changes
• Able to handle multiple projects and deadlines
• Real estate photography experience a plus, but we will train the right person
• Have a comprehensive knowledge of photography, lenses, lighting and video equipment
