Responsibilities:

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Market properties through various channels to maximize exposure
- Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure a fair and beneficial deal for all parties involved
- Adhere to Fair Housing regulations and ethical standards
- Utilize knowledge of real estate administrative processes and laws to assist clients
- Drive sales by actively seeking out potential buyers and sellers
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process
