• Work with our extensive base of qualified leads to facilitate the buying and selling process
• Manage communication with prospects and customers via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings
• Assist clients in finding their ideal home or selling their existing property
• Develop a deep understanding of the local real estate market, including current trends and pricing
• Negotiate contracts, handle paperwork, and coordinate with other professionals in the real estate industry, such as home inspectors, mortgage brokers, and escrow companies
• Provide an exceptional customer service experience that fosters long-term client relationships

• Valid Texas Real Estate License
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in standard real estate software, social media, and MLS
• Reliable transportation
