You will be responsible for meeting with potential clients, assessing their needs, and either finding the right property for them or getting their home on the market. You will be booked on 10 to 15 appointments each month, allowing you to focus solely on what you do best - selling real estate. What sets us apart from other real estate teams is that we do not require our agents to generate leads and there are little to no out of pockets expenses for our agents. Instead, we provide you with a steady stream of qualified appointments that are booked by our Inside Sales Team, allowing you to focus on delivering an excellent client experience, closing deals and earning commissions. As a member of our team, you will receive ongoing training and support to help you grow your skills and succeed in your role. 

Incentives:

• Up to $1,000 reimbursement for unlicensed agents to get licensed (Must provide receipts for board fees, licensing fees, etc.)
• They must get licensed and start within 30 days of signing their offer letter
• They will receive reimbursement on day 90 and must be on the team to get paid

Requirements:

• Active real estate license, preferred
• Sales experience, preferred
• Full-time availability required
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Ability to work independently and on a team
