Description
We are currently in search of a part-time Franchise Sales Administrator to provide support and collaborative problem solving to the sales team. The Franchise Sales Administrator is a key role in assisting the internal team to provide efficiency, as well as maintaining strong relationships with perspective franchise owners.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:- Responsible for tracking, monitoring, and updating lead information.
- Communicating directly with leads to schedule appointments and on-going follow up.
- Assist sales team with data entry and data management of lead details in CRM.
- Assist sales team with travel arrangements and/or monitoring activity while they are traveling to ensure sales process or escalations are not interrupted.
- Partner with marketing team on any lead generation projects and assisting sales team to execute.
- Performs a broad variety of intermediate level clerical and administrative tasks as directed and required for the support of the office or individual.
- Maintains the calendar for the assigned department or individual.
- Ensures compliance of sales activities as it relates to Franchising Laws in each state.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Required Skills and Abilities:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Education and Experience- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred.
- Minimum two years of experience in direct communication with customers and/or clients.
- Minimum three years of experience in sales support.
- Knowledge with franchising and/or real estate preferred

$18 - $21 per hour
