This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential.

Duties:

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties

- Provide guidance and support throughout the entire real estate transaction process

- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices

- Create and maintain listings of available properties

- Show properties to potential buyers or tenants

- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences

- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements

- Coordinate property inspections and appraisals

- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and attorneys

Requirements:

1. Active Real Estate License: Candidates must possess an active real estate license.

2. Full-Time Commitment: Full-time availability is preferred. If part-time, candidates must be willing to transition to full-time within 120 days.
