WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Assist with; delivering notices, calling back completed work orders, and walking units after resident move outs.
• Partner with the company and your co-workers to ensure our residents time spent living at our community is an enjoyable experience.
• Resolve resident complaints through customer service and problem solving.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Prior Yardi and multi-family experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service experience with customer relations in conflict resolutions. #KSSITE
