Job Overview:

We are seeking new and exisiting real estate professionals for a Buyer Specialist position within our team. You must have or be willing to obtain a Real Estate license to join our team. If you are not yet licensed, no problem! As long as you fit the description, please apply and we can show you how to get your real estate license. As a Buyer Specialist, we give you all of the training and resources you need to be successful in the ever-changing real estate market. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth and successful real estate transaction. Never worked in real estate before? We will provide you everything you need to become a specialist on our team, along with a Buyer Specialist program to be successful in the real estate industry.

Duties:

• Assist clients in buying a home through client communication & follow-up, great customer service, and research and training to be an expert in the real estate market.
• This role revolves 100% around service – your main job is to grow relationships between our team and clients.
• Promptly return all client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency's standards of client service.
• Conduct property showings independently, showcasing features and benefits to potential buyers.
• Write and negotiate contracts and terms of sale and provide guidance and support to clients throughout the entire real estate process
• Coordinate property closings, including inspections, appraisals, and title searches
• Attend team meetings, training sessions, and other events to stay informed and contribute to the success of the team. Also, stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and fair housing practices
• Collaborate with other real estate professionals such as lenders, appraisers, and attorneys

Experience:

No Real Estate experience is required. But must obtain your Iowa Real Estate License for employment – we will show you how!

Must be a servant leader and dedicated to excellent customer service to our clients and team.

Ability to be trained and coached and willingess to take feedback.

Willingness to adhere to Buyer Specialist training program.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the real estate industry, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Professional and positive in attitude and appearance.
