Real Estate Zoning Manager manages the administration and acquisition for network site development in real estate field. Oversees zoning real estate operations, including leasing, purchasing, and sale of property as well as compliance with zoning regulations. Being a Real Estate Zoning Manager coordinate with the governmental agencies for utilities and development standards in regard to specific sites within a community. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Real Estate Zoning Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Real Estate Zoning Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be a Real Estate Zoning Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Job Description
Champions School of Real Estate is seeking experience real estate professionals with an instructional background to teach real estate courses at our Austin, TX campus location. This position requires the instructor to lecture and review the required course curriculum with students. The instructor will help to build knowledge and assess the overall class performance through homework and exams.

- Minimum of 2 years experience teaching or instruction (required)
