Oversees zoning real estate operations, including leasing, purchasing, and sale of property as well as compliance with zoning regulations. - Provide high-level administrative support

- Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Skills:
