Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support
- General Office upkeep & inventory
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects
- Assist with payroll processing and maintain employee records
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate purchasing activities
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Support human resources functions such as onboarding and employee relations
- Handle front desk duties including answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing mail

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with payroll processing and employee record management
- Knowledge of vendor management processes
- Event planning experience
- Basic understanding of human resources practices
- Familiarity with front desk operations and phone systems
