Your leads will transfer to the assigned National Area Representative for FDD and FA processing. Your commission is earned upon closing of the franchise transaction and funding of the initial franchise fee. With an escalating payout option, your earning potential in year one could exceed $172,500.Our Target Audience:We are searching for top-producing real estate agents, team leaders, associate brokers, and independent broker-owners who could benefit from the extremely low cost of entry while gaining access to our top-tier technology package, including their own interactive company webpage and individual agent web pages with lead capture, automated text and email follow-ups, and a full suite of robust, productivity-driven features. Our cloud-based online transaction management system makes it easy to access their files on the go. That means no more storage closets filled with boxes of paper files! We even have a department of full time in-house transaction coordinators on staff at the corporate resource center, so the agents can spend less time on paperwork and more time closing deals!
