Real Estate Zoning Manager manages the administration and acquisition for network site development in real estate field. Oversees zoning real estate operations, including leasing, purchasing, and sale of property as well as compliance with zoning regulations. Being a Real Estate Zoning Manager coordinate with the governmental agencies for utilities and development standards in regard to specific sites within a community. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Real Estate Zoning Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Real Estate Zoning Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be a Real Estate Zoning Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Real Estate Sales Agent Responsibilities:
    Follow-up with leads to increase sales
    Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
    Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then show properties that meet those needs
    Conduct open houses to promote agency listings
    Oversee the entire process from property listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
    Attract prospective clients to promote new business
    Have local knowledge of the community and market conditions to answer questions about potential homes, similar properties and the surrounding neighborhood

    Real Estate Sales Agent Qualifications:
    Past sales experience is preferred
    Technology driven
    Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
    Self-motivation and drive
    Show good organizational and time management skills
    A valid Real Estate License is necessary for the position; we can help you get one!

    Pay: $48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year

    Benefits: Flexible schedule

    Schedule: Monday to Friday
