Additionally, Real Estate Zoning Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Real Estate Zoning Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be a Real Estate Zoning Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required. - Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business
- Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale
- Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service
- Hold open houses and coordinate all home inspections and showings
- Team player who believes their success is the team’s success
- Completes tasks quickly and efficiently
- Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
- 1 year of prior experience in the real estate industry
- Has a real estate license
