Oversees zoning real estate operations, including leasing, purchasing, and sale of property as well as compliance with zoning regulations. Being a Real Estate Zoning Manager coordinate with the governmental agencies for utilities and development standards in regard to specific sites within a community. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Real Estate Zoning Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Real Estate Zoning Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. Duties:
- Assist clients in buying and selling properties
- Provide guidance and support throughout the entire real estate transaction process
- Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends and property values
- Create and maintain listings of available properties
- Show properties to potential buyers or tenants
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients
- Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, and other professionals involved in the transaction
- Ensure compliance with fair housing regulations
- Handle administrative tasks such as preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client databases
Experience:
- Previous experience as a real estate agent or in a related field is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of real estate law, property management, and fair housing regulations is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are beneficial for communicating with diverse clients
